Sports Performance Training & Injury Prevention

High-Speed Incline Treadmill Training:
Using a progression of high-speed, high-incline runs, athletes will enhance stride length, stride frequency, and running mechanics, leading to improved acceleration, sprint speed, and anaerobic tolerance. Our advanced treadmill reaches speeds of up to 31 mph with a 40% incline. After completing the initial program, athletes will advance to more complex training, incorporating the Vertimax system alongside the treadmill.

Retro-Grade and Lateral Speed Training:
Harness-aided lateral and retro movements on the treadmill target hip strength, helping to prevent lower extremity injuries. These lateral exercises also improve an athlete's agility, enhancing their ability to change direction quickly and react faster during gameplay.

Flexibility:
Our range-of-motion exercises aim to improve flexibility, promote long-term joint health, and reduce injury risk, ensuring athletes maintain peak physical condition while maximizing their movement capabilities.

Experience personalized fitness with the guidance of our expert team! During your initial consultation, we’ll establish your fitness and nutritional goals, assess body composition, and provide a tour of our state-of-the-art gym. You’re also encouraged to schedule a lab draw for cholesterol and glucose checks.

Depending on your package, you’ll have access to our gym and experienced Personal Trainers, who will provide motivation and support throughout your journey. Your customized exercise plan will be designed by our certified trainers to meet your specific needs, whether focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility, or a combination.

With our professional guidance, you’ll be empowered to reach your health and fitness goals like never before.

  • $40 | Consultation + Individualized At-Home Exercise Program

    This package is for someone who is a moderately experienced exerciser but needs help designing an exercise program to target those goals that they haven't seemed to tackle thus far.

  • $150 | Consultation + Individualized Exercise Program + 3 Exercise Sessions

    This package is for someone who has limited experience with exercise, but would like to perform their exercise at home or elsewhere. Our team will create a personalized exercise program tailored to your goals, guide you through the exercises in our gym over three sessions, and equip you with the knowledge to continue confidently on your own.

  • $250 | Consultation + Individualized Exercise Program + 9 Exercise Sessions

    This package is for someone who would like to have the flexibility to perform their exercises in our gym our at home. We would create an exercise program for you that could be done in a gym or at home. You would be able to exercise at home or use one of your 9 exercise sessions to be pushed and motivated by your Personal Trainer in our gym! Sessions can be used at your own pace.
